The Orcas Public Library will host an Author Talk with Stacey Lee on July 17, 2026, from 6:30-8pm. The library welcomes award-winning New York Times bestselling author Stacey Lee for a moderated discussion of her newest gothic historical novel, Heiress of Nowhere , set in 1918 on Orcas Island. The event is presented in partnership with Darvill’s Bookstore and offers a special opportunity to hear from Stacey Lee about her writing process, inspiration, and the historical roots of her latest work. The talk will take place at Orcas Public Library and is open to the community.
