We are Molino San Juan, a local tortilla company nixtamalizing and grinding with volcanic-stone, organic heirloom Mexican corn to make fresh tortillas and other masa based products. We believe that corn is the foundation of honest, authentic and quality Mexican food therefore we take the extra time to process, grind and hand-press our tortillas to accompany our dishes. We do private events and catering, public restaurant pop up events, cooking classes and more.
